Vittoriano Guareschi - 2004
Rider Profile
Introduction

Following the fantastic testing work
he carried out in 2003, Italian Vittoriano
Guareschi is already racking up the development
miles on the 2004 version of the Ducati
Desmosedici, a task he will continue throughout
the coming season in collaboration with
Ducati MotoGP Team riders Loris Capirossi
and Troy Bayliss. Part of the success
obtained by Troy and Loris on the track
can be said to be thanks to the Italian,
who is proud to carry out this vital and
extremely gratifying role as Ducati MotoGP
Team test rider.
The Parma-based rider, who made his name
in the World Supersport and World Superbike
championships, was initially awarded the
task of turning Ducati's Desmosedici prototype
into a winner back in 2001, when the project
was presented at Mugello.
