Career Highlights;
1991: Two races in Spanish domestic Championship- 75cc class.
1992: 1st in 125cc class Catalan domestic Championships, 2nd in Spanish Championships (series run concurrently) and denied victory by the last race being cancelled.
1993: Won 1st race in Calafat in 250cc GP Spanish Championships.
1994: Rode for Folch Yamaha and won both the Supersport and Superbike Spanish Domestic Series.
1995: Rode in both the World Championship and Spanish Domestic Championship in 250cc class for the Honda team- gained points as a privateer in the former and podiums in the latter.
1996: Moved to Yamaha and rode in the Thunderbike Trophy European 600cc rounds- won 3 out of 6 rounds.
1997: First year in Superbikes with a Ducati- raced in the German Championships and came 2nd, winning a large proportion of the races.
1998: First year in World Superbikes, riding a Ducati- best privateer and 2 podiums.
1999-2001: Signed for Kawasaki and received factory backing- a handful of podiums followed and impressed for 3 seasons.
2002: Rode the 750cc class bike for Suzuki Corona with numerous podium finishes.
2003: Moves up to the full 1000cc Superbike class for Suzuki and finishes 5th.
2004: Four races in MotoGP and fulfilled important role as test rider for Suzuki.
