2004 - 6th - World Superbike Championship with Xerox Ducati on a 999 RS. 1 race win (Phillip Island race 2), 2 & 3rd places ( Monza races 1 & 2), 2 fastest laps ( Valencia race 1, Phillip Island race 2). 22 race starts (199 points). MS Aprilia Racing on a three-cylinder in MotoGP for final three rounds to replace injured Shane Byrne ( Malaysia , Australia , Spain)
2003 - 22nd - Competed in MotoGP with Kawasaki
2002 - Competed in MotoGP with Red Bull Yamaha. Missed first half of the season due to a broken leg sustained at an early season test in Estoril
2001 - 12th - World 500 GP Championship with Red Bull Yamaha. 2nd place in Suzuka - Japan, 3rd place in Estoril - Portugal and Sepang - Malaysia. Forced to miss five races due to a broken wrist
2000 - 5th - World 500 GP Championship with Red Bull Yamaha. 1st place in Welkom - South Africa, Estoril - Portugal and Valencia - Spain. 3rd place in Sepang - Malaysia, Brno - Czech Republic and Rio - South America. Also pole position at Estoril
