We tested the Salclear TT, Salclear TT-X, Salclear DMist+ and Salclear DMist products.
Salclear DMist+ is a powerful combination defog, antifog and cleaning fluid supplied in a 15ml dropper bottle; intended for use on scuba masks, helmet visors, goggles and sports sunglasses. It combines all of the characteristic Salclear defog properties - excellent humidity resistance, wash off resilience, low smear characteristics... with the additional benefit that the product is also a powerful degreasing agent and cleaning fluid. It is a general purpose demist, defog, and antifog for all types of eyewear. Salclear DMist is our response to the market need for a handy, yet potent, demister and antifog. Use it on all sorts of eyewear - sports sunglasses, visors, safety goggles, even spectacles where there is a real need for a powerful antifog......
Salclear DMist is a simple defog, supplied in a small 15ml dropper bottle. A little goes a long way, so one or two drops on sunglasses or a biking visor is enough to give you lasting protection from fogging. DMist is also humidity and water resistant, and as revealed in our laboratory tests it outlasts every other defog on the market that we've tested. ....so a little goes a very long way....
Salclear TT is a visor and goggles anti fog and demist spray, and forms part of the Visorclear™ range of products dedicated to protective eyewear from Salclear. It takes its name from the world famous Isle of Man TT races, in which it has been race tested and used year after year. It is a road race tested and approved visor antifog, defog and cleaning fluid, powerful enough to cope with wide ranges of humidity and condensation, and at the same time resist wash off and deterioration in performance... so it lasts!
Salclear TT-X, a visor and screen water and rain repellent. It forms part of the Visorclear™ range of dedicated products from Salclear for cleaning and maintaining visors, eyeshields and protective eyewear. TT-X: Chemical Engineering for visors, and race tested and approved in the Isle of Man TT races. The range of products has been extended with Salclear TT-X. The X refers to the use of this product on eXternal surfaces of helmets, visors, windscreens etc.Its not based on alcohol like most other products, which makes it more suitable for use on polycarbonate visors.
