We tested the helmet on a windy Autumn day and were very impressed with its neat features and comfort. Even with your gloves on the visor can be operated easily and even locks into place for maximum noise reduction, the visor has a lip on both sides for left and right-handed motorcyclists. To ensure you stay on the right side of the law, it also has a retractable sun visor, easily operated using the slide button on the helmet, which is also glove-friendly. The front air-vent is also easily operated and simply requires a finger press to turn on and off. Perforated top vent and visor turbulators to aid noise reduction.
The quick-release buckle is also built for ease of use. The visor also has a quick release mechanism, probably the easist to use we have seen.
This helmet has clearly been designed with the motorcyclist in mind and is one of the best helmets we have ever tested, although the price tag of £429.99 - £499.99 does reflect this. Suitable for tourers, racers and the occassionly sunday rider. This helmet is VERY versatile, easy to use and comes highly recommended by MSE.
