BSA
B31 Gallery
The B31 was the
only new model to be introduced when BSA announced
its post-war range in August 1945, although
even it had its origins in the earlier B29 and
WB30. The overhead valve 350cc single was housed
in a rigid frame with a four speed gearbox and
telescopic forks and was endowed with good performance
for the time. It would continue in this form,
largely unaltered until 1949 when the plunger
frame was announced.
