Suzuki to Unveil Entire 2010 Range
at the Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter
Show
12th November 2009
Leading
bike manufacturer Suzuki is set to use the forthcoming
Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter Show
as the platform to unveil its entire 2010 range of
bikes. The Show, which runs from 27th November - 6th
December at the Birmingham NEC will also play host
to Suzuki's unique Indoor Off Road Zone which offers
visitors the opportunity to get hands-on and whet
their appetite for off-road riding.
The 2009 Show is the debut year for the highly anticipated
Off Road Zone where Suzuki will play an integral part
in ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of the Show,
where UK launches of their all-new fuel-injected RM-Z250
and RMX450Z Enduro machines are sure to be a major
attraction for off-road enthusiasts.
As Suzuki celebrates 25 years of its iconic sports
bike range, key road bikes will also make their UK
show appearance, including the new GSX1250FA, a revitalised
cruiser range with the new Intruder M1500, plus a
special GSX-R model.
Next year will also mark 50 years of international
racing for Suzuki so an all-star line-up of 2010 racers
will also make appearances at the Show, from recent
British Superbike signing Yukio Kagayama through to
the new Suzuki Alstare World Superbike Team line-up
of Sylvain Guintoli and Leon Haslam.
Suzuki GB Marketing Manager, George Cheeseman, commented,
"This year's Show is set to be one of the biggest
ever for Suzuki given that we will be bringing every
model in the range including our entire off-road line-up.
We recognise that it’s a great opportunity for
us to shout about our return to the enduro market,
to celebrate our rich history in the sports bike arena
and to engage with visitors across all ages from avid
enthusiasts to novices and newcomers.”
Finlay McAllan, Managing Director of MCI Exhibitions,
added: “The fact that leading manufacturers
such as Suzuki earmark the Show as the key event to
showcase their entire bike ranges is testimony to
the events prominence in the biking calendar. This
is a landmark year for Suzuki and as such we’re
delighted to be welcoming them to the Show once again”.
