KTM To Showcase New Bike Models at
the Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter
Show
11th November 2009
Visitors
to the Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter
Show are to be given a fantastic opportunity to ride
sections of the British Supercross Championship track
for free.
The long established Off Road Experience will be
brought inside the Show for the first time, with riders
able to tackle the UK’s biggest ever circuit.
Renowned Motocross rider Barry Johnson and his Yamaha
Off-Road Experience staff will instruct riders on
the best techniques on this unique terrain. As well
as the added excitement of riding where the stars
will do battle, other benefits of the new activity
include a weatherproof environment, easy access, and
it’s totally free. Riders will be able to ride
a host of off road machinery, and all protective kit
and qualified instruction will be supplied.
In addition this exciting new development will be
complimented by the Suzuki Off Road Zone which gives
younger visitors a first chance of riding off road
from the age of 6.
These ‘ride off road’ opportunities are
part of an added emphasis on off-road for the Show
which now boasts dedicated display and retail areas
within the brand new Off Road Zone.
Finlay McAllan, Managing Director of MCI Exhibitions
commented, “The opportunity to try off-road
riding in such a unique weatherproof environment sets
the off road zone at the Carole Nash NEC bike Show
head and shoulders above any other off road show the
UK has ever seen. Add to that the facilities offered
to visitors ranging from proper car parks, free shuttle
busses and on both Saturday evenings rounds of the
Supercross championships*, it really is unrivalled
value for money for any off road enthusiast considering
which show to go to”.
