BMW Motorrad's Sensational S 1000
RR To Star at the NEC

Show fast approaches, running from the 27th November
– 6th December at the NEC Birmingham, final
preparations are in hand to welcome the first, all
new 100% supersport bike from BMW Motorrad! The S
1000 RR’s presence is much anticipated in the
UK following its world launch in Milan earlier this
week.
Six BMW Motorrad S 1000 RR’s will be on display
including a WSB team racer, a show bike in Motorsport
colours with HP carbon-fibre parts, and four production
bikes for Show visitors to sit on and try for size.
BMW Motorrad will also be unveiling a host of new
models including the R 1200 RT Tourer and the R 1200
GS and GS Adventure, all of which have been uprated
with a DOHC version of the boxer twin engine. In addition
the R 1200 RT Tourer also boasts new styling with
sleeker fairing, new switches and controls, and the
latest ESA II (Electronic Suspension Adjustment).
A total of 33 bikes will be on display at the BMW
Motorrad stand, representing all models in the 2010
range grouped by category into Sport, Enduro, Tour,
Urban and High Performance. 2010 BMW Rider Equipment
will also be on show with the latest Bluetooth technologies
as well as the recently launched Navigator IV, a new
SatNav system for motorcycles.
This year’s Carole Nash International Motorcycle
and Scooter Show is sure to provide entertainment
for any motorcycle enthusiast. An exhilarating mix
of manufacturer’s bike displays, clothing and
accessory exhibitors as well as two-wheeled live action
entertainment awaits.
