- 1977 T140 Triumph Chopper built by
Jim Sturges out of a basket case.
- The cases are from late 1960s with
Prison Artwork etchings
- Bike is stretched 2 inches in front
and 4 inches in back (6 inches overall)
- Brakes are Triumph hydraulic front
and rear.
- Bars are flat drag bars with stock
triumph switching
- Wheels are polished Triumph hubs
with stainless steel spokes,
Alloy rims with Avon tires, 19 front
and 18 in rear

This bike has been totally rebuilt form
the ground up. all new bearing, bushings,
060 over pistons, 750 intake cam for added
power, new primary, electrics, and anything
else you can think of. Valves, guides, springs,
gaskets, seals, wheels, tires, and brakes!
We did a lot of extras on this bike.
The covers fork legs, and oil tank have
been polished. lots of chrome, like triple
trees, motor mounts, foot pegs, rear hub,
backing plate, and brake drum.. There
is over a grand in chrome.The sissy bar
is hand made to fit. 60's cat face tail
light lens.

1977 Triumph 750 Bonneville Custom Lowrider

Engine is completely rebuilt. Push rod
tubes are bronzed. Outer covers have a brushed
aluminum finish. 932 Amal carbs rebuilt
with choke, with new air filters and cables.
New clutch cable. External oil filter and
an addition external oil cooler. Forward
controls. Front and rear disc brakes, both
have rebuilt master cylinders and calipers.
New chain and chain sprockets. Single headlight
on low beam and Triple headlight on high
beam. Loud horn. 21" front tyre and
18" back tyre. |

1971 Triumph Bonneville Bobber |

The frame has been modified with a hardtail
and a raked neck. The front end is off a
panhead and has been shortened. Rims are
polished aluminum Akront 21 front/16 rear.
The rear hub is a conical Triumph that has
been drilled for venting. The motor in this
bike is completely rebuilt with all new
parts top to bottom. It has been fitted
with a 22 tooth countershaft sprocket. The
bike gets its fire through an ARD magneto...it
is truly a one kick operation. Gas is fed
through two Mikuni 32mm carbs. Paint is
House of Kolor pagan gold with teal matelflake
two-tone. All chrome work was done by chrome
masters in Nashville Tennessee. |

1963 Triumph Dresda 500cc |

This bike has a Dresda shortened frame,
both in length and height so a 500 unit
engine just fits. It looks like a Norton
featherbed frame.The engine was rebuilt
by Dave Degens of Dresda. stainless steel
exhausts, carbon cans, metal profile forks,
twin leading shoe front break, conical rear
hub, rear set foot rests, swan neck handle
bars, alloy petrol tank. Engine has twin
carbs, lightweight valves, bath tub shaped
cylinder head and pistons. Belt drive, single
seat, stainless steel spokes, boxed section
swinging arm.

It has a standard 1946 Triumph Tiger
rigid frame.
The engine is a 1958 pre-unit alloy T100
500cc with big bearings, E3134 & E3325
cams, and relined barrels with genuine
std pistons. A competition mag provides
the sparks.
Notice those killer upswept 60’s
side kick TT pipes.

tire, rebuilt brakes featuring pwdercoated
outer and hub. outer pin striped with
one shot red. Rear wheel is a 16 outer
on a early hub, both powdercoated and
pinstriped as well. Rear tire is a "HD
Classic" retro tire. Stretched and raked
oem frame with custom hartail. Custom
one off gas tank featuring urethane black
with candy red and white one shot pinstripes,
Vintage Exhaust and head cooler fins.
Custom seat and rear fender tin. Custom
one off pipes and one off lice brackets.
One off custom bars, late style head lamp.
Case sides are powdercoated as shown.

bent bars ( sand filled to dampen vibration)
tank and fender painted with Brownells gun
barrel paint ( no worries about fuel spills!)
kickstand created out of a 20ga and 12 ga
shotgun barrels welded together to length.
Front disk rotor drilled out with the words
T R I U M P H, Harley WL brass kickstarter
( much more comfortable than the stock unit)
