Launched in 2009, Kawasaki Motors UK announced a new approach and strategy for the retailing of their increasingly successful range of genuine clothing and merchandise.

Easily recognisable under the brand name KitStop, the initiative focuses on carefully selected Kawasaki motorcycle dealer retail environments staffed by specialists who have considerable Kawasaki brand knowledge. The emphasis will be customer care and satisfaction as Tim Holden, Clothing and Accessory Co-ordinator for Kawasaki Motors UK explains.

“While the internet has its place, our research shows that, for clothing at least, one of the best ways to purchase is within a dedicated bespoke environment with an experienced attendant and personal service. Trying the garments on for size is the most obvious advantage, but it extends further than that. At each of our nine KitStop stores a carefully selected range of leisure and on-bike clothing is displayed and available in a wide variety of sizes, all featuring fashionable styles and fittings.”
