LC4 Supermoto Models 625 SMC AND 660SMC;

These two Ready to Race machines are sports-oriented Supermotos that can be licensed for the road. Lightweight and nippy, they fea-ture a special Supermoto chassis, Brembo brakes, slender ergonom-ics, aluminium twin silencers and racing-tested LC4 engines with Keihin Flat-Slide carbs.

Starter;

The KTM 625 SMC and 640 LC4 Supermoto have both electric and kick starters; 660 SMC favours the more sporty kick starter.

Clutch;

Smooth shifting and maintenance free hydraulic clutch.

Carburettor;

41 KEIHIN flat-slide carburettor with an adjustable accelerator pump and hot start button; throttle position sensor (TPS) conveys the relevant slide position to the ignition's CDI. The 640 LC4 Supermoto features a 40 mm Mikuni constant pressure carburettor also with a TPS.

Secondary Air System (SAS);

Compact SAS post oxidises exhaust gases to fulfil strict "EURO II" emis-sions standard.

Airbox;

Large airbox supports the gas exchange cycle and engine performance.

Exhaust;

Double light aluminium silencers derived from KTM factory bikes for high power output and sporty sound.

Frame;

KTM utilizes a reliable, chrome moly central tube frame, which is very closely related to those of the factory motorcycles.

Swing Arm;

The light yet rigid cast aluminium swing arm creates plenty of room for the wide rear tyre and ensures steady control of the rear wheel.

Brakes;

KTM fits high-quality Brembo brakes. Up front, a Brembo four-pis-ton, fixed-calliper brake in combination with a 320 mm laser-cut Inox disc ensures the best braking performance and high safety re-serves.

Handlebars;

Magura or Renthal high-quality, tapered aluminium handlebars.
