With KTM young heroes between 4 and 14 we KTM will find the right sportminicylce to be ahead. KTM sportminicycles are professional sport motorcycles with competition performance and have a multitude of well thought-out and kid-friendly details.

The model year 2004 is characterised by extensive changes and the debut of the new 85 SX. All mini models (except 50 Mini Adventure) are equipped with a new clutch cover with a shaft seal ring instead of an O-ring to improve the seal of the kickstarter shaft and have the reed-valve housing from the 65 SX. 2004 all models are provided with competition oriented Pirelli tyres and a new trim according to the 2004 SX models. The 50 Junior Adventure is no longer available.

Also for 2004, the air-cooled mini models with 50 cc displacement as a favourable starter version in the program. The starter model 50 Mini Adventure is equipped with an improved shock absorber which allows competition use and through that accompanies the development of the riding abilities. Starting in 2004 all 50 Senior Adventure models will come with disc brakes instead of a drum brake on the front wheel. 12" front wheel replaces 10" for more stable performance. Aluminum rims replace steel rims for better durability and weight reduction.
