So uncompromising like the big bikes, not only
in appearance. For junior world champions ages
9 and up. With adequate competition chassis,
disc brakes front and rear, liquid cooled racing
engine with 6-gear shift mechanism and hydraulic
clutch.
The 65 SX is equipped with a new front brake
system, similar to the 85 SX (11 mm hand-brake
cylinder piston, four-piston callipers 2x20
and 2x22 mm, 200 mm brake disc). The foot brake
features integrated reservoir and dual-piston
rear brake calliper (11 mm foot brake cylinder
piston, dual-piston calliper 2x22 mm, 160 mm
brake disc). New carburettor with chromium-plated
slide and air control screw. Water pump improved
for enhanced water pump shaft durability.
