The fifth Superbike World Championship round of the 2006 season takes place this weekend at Silverstone, in the Northamptonshire area of England. The race will, for the second year in a row, be held on the "short" track, 3,619 meters long, with eight rights turns and seven lefts. On a Honda expertly prepared by the Winston Ten Kate Team, Toseland is ready to replicate his podium prowess, prepared to turnaround the misfortune which has dogged him in the last two rounds, and to gain important points in order to stay close to first position in the Championship.
